Willaris. K recruits three rising producers to rework his latest single '5 O'CLOCK'.

First is London-based DJ and producer TSHA, who’s single ‘Sacred’ and recent EP ‘Moonlight’ [Counter Records / Ninja Tune] caught Willaris. K’s immediate attention and have been on rotation here at Soothsayer. Her remix is diverse and intricate, evoking even deeper melancholy through searing synth lines and pulsating rhythms. Second is Paris-based musician, Phantasy Sound signee and Daniel Avery collaborator – Ghost Culture who reinterprets the track from a heavier viewpoint, with his eyes firmly set on the club at peak time. Finally, is Willaris. K’s Soothsayer label-mate, Juno Mamba, who delivers a stellar debut remix by integrating live instrumentation and spoken word vocal samples. The remix follows on from Juno Mamba’s debut single ‘Flicker’.

‘5 O’CLOCK’ was originally released with ambient B-side ‘PAST LIGHT’; a testament to Willaris. K’s textural sound and early days collecting field recordings in Australia. ‘5 O’CLOCK (REMIXES)’ is out now on Soothsayer.
